Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Implement and manage quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer and regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance system to minimize defects, errors, and deviations in product manufacturing.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and monitor their compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
